Cameron Bays brings her passion for communications and experience working with technology and life sciences companies to her role as a senior account executive on the Nyhus team. Through her proactive and creative approach, Cameron provides valuable communications strategies that deliver tangible results. Her news sense paired with a well-honed strategic lens enable her to develop and lead successful campaigns on behalf of a variety of clients.

Prior to joining Nyhus, Cameron worked in public relations and advertising in Portland, Oregon. As a result of her leadership, she helped deliver strategic story placements in prominent media outlets on behalf of both global leaders and startups in the life sciences and technology industries. From local, trade and business media, Cameron is skilled in crafting compelling stories and reaching target audiences based on her vast knowledge of the media landscape.

A seasoned project manager, Cameron has worked with virtual teams spanning a range of time zones to build and execute international campaigns in Europe and China. Her expertise building and managing key programs have contributed significantly to the overall success of thought leadership campaigns.

Cameron has a bachelor’s degree from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, double-majoring in mass communication and intercultural communications. Cameron is actively involved and a co-founder of the Puget Sound Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Young Professionals Chapter.
