Stephanie uses her exceptional project management and customer service skills to support Nyhus clients and our executive team. As the executive assistant to Roger Nyhus, Stephanie manages Roger’s day-to-day calendar, prioritizing client work, business development and community engagement.

She works closely with Nyhus clients as well the Nyhus team to ensure exceptional customer service as well as an efficiently run office and collaborative work environment. Stephanie’s responsibilities also include recruiting and human resource functions, operations support and event planning.

Stephanie’s keen attention to detail and organization help her balance multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines. She thinks on her feet to provide creative, service-oriented solutions, which is crucial in her CEO support role as well as managing a fast-paced office environment.

Prior to joining the Nyhus team, Stephanie spent six years in real estate, both in sales and real estate development. She was a part of the launch and sales team for Vulcan’s landmark 2200 mixed-use project. Upon project completion, she joined Vulcan’s Design and Construction Team, where she provided coordination for such high-profile projects as the Seattle Seahawks Headquarters and Training Facility and 2201/Enso in South Lake Union. Stephanie was most recently a sales agent for Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty on the sales team for the Olive 8 condominiums.

Originally from Oklahoma, Stephanie was drawn to the Pacific Northwest after studying abroad in Florence, Italy, through Gonzaga University. She visited friends she met during the program and fell in love with the geography and way of life. Stephanie knew she would eventually settle in Seattle, and after four months spent working her way around the wine regions of Australia, she returned to Seattle to stay.

Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oklahoma State University, with a major in international business. She enjoys the outdoors, cooking, being active, and most importantly, spending time with her family. She is also passionate about education and has volunteered most of her adult life in some capacity with children and learning. In Seattle, she has been involved with TOPS Elementary, Morningside Academy, the Boys and Girls Club of Wallingford and the Roots of Empathy program at West Woodland Elementary.
