Joe Loeffler is an account supervisor specializing in complex coalition management, strategic messaging and national political insights. Joe’s unique perspective on the intersection of public policy and public engagement developed through his extensive work on political campaigns and legislative affairs in both Washington, D.C. and Washington state.

As a member of the public affairs team at Nyhus, Joe focuses on issues including aviation, energy, healthcare and infrastructure investment.

Joe is a native of Eastern Washington and this background gives him unique insights into life on both sides of the mountains. Prior to Nyhus, he represented a collection of Washington state interests in Washington, D.C. He served on the board of the Washington State Society and chaired the 2012 and 2013 Potlatch events. Before moving to D.C., Joe graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in political science and communications. In 2008 he managed field operations in Eastern King County as staff on the Obama Presidential Campaign.

Joe currently serves on the executive committee of the board of directors at Lifelong. He is also an active member of the public policy task force with the Greater Seattle Business Association.
