Caewyn Congdon is the voice of Nyhus, welcoming each individual with enthusiasm and personal care. As administrative assistant, she is the first point of contact at Nyhus, providing personal attention to every individual and maintaining effective communication between clients and staff.

Behind the scenes, Caewyn supports the team with enthusiasm, research, media monitoring, event planning and assistance with projects. With her creativity and flexibility, Caewyn is a valuable asset to both the team and clients, implementing her strong customer service background to support all projects with diligence and efficiency.

Prior to joining Nyhus, Caewyn was the promotions and marketing director for a high–end retail establishment, where she developed a rewards program, worked alongside the visual director to produce a seasonal magazine and delivered the highest level of customer service to her clients. When she’s not in the office, Caewyn is also a freelance cosmetic artist with experience in a variety of charity events, fashion shows and private events.

Caewyn received her bachelor’s degree in Communication with a minor in music from Seattle Pacific University. Born and raised in Alaska, she loves the snow and enjoys snowboarding, sledding and playing outside with her dog.
