Director of Public Affairs
Kym Allen is Director of Public Affairs at Nyhus, where she advises
some of the Northwest’s leading public and private organizations, including the Downtown Seattle Association, Woodland Park Zoo, Seattle University, Vulcan Inc., and New School Foundation. She also often works in collaboration with the real estate division of Nyhus. An experienced government relations and public affairs professional, Kym has advised governors, mayors, city council members, state legislators and executives on how to be successful leaders and advocates for their priorities. She has lobbied at the federal, state and local levels and has advised on international issue campaigns. Kym’s
specialties include strategic counsel, political analysis, media relations
and executive and internal communications, with a proven record in coalition–building
and crisis communications. Her management experience ranges from nationally
covered crisis communications to complex public issues with multiple objectives
and audiences.

Gary Fuller
Director of Accounting and Finance
Gary brings more than 30 years of financial and customer service experience to Nyhus in his role as director of accounting and finance. A level-headed advisor and administrator, Gary extracts and analyzes critical financial data for the Nyhus team. He thoroughly understands the importance of implementing sound accounting principles and maintaining clear goals and objectives. Prior to joining Nyhus, Gary worked for Two Downtown, Ltd., where he served as Vice President of Finance for one of Seattle’s leading designers and producers of special events.

Marc Stiles is a public relations account manager, focusing on commercial real estate and hospitality clients. An award–winning newspaper reporter and editor with more than 20 years of publishing experience — 15 of them in the Puget Sound region — Marc has a strong grasp of the public policy issues at play in Washington state and a keen understanding of how the media work in the Seattle area. Marc is especially knowledgeable about commercial real estate. Prior to joining Nyhus, he reported on real estate trends for the Seattle Daily Journal of Commerce, where he wrote the well–received “Real Estate Buzz“ column. This experience and his understanding of the issues that affect development make him an invaluable asset to Nyhus’ real estate clients, ranging from developers to architects. Joe Feese is a creative and innovative communications professional with more than 16 years of diverse experience in public relations, journalism, strategic planning, project management, marketing, editorial consulting and publishing. He has a keen ability to synthesize complex information and distill the big picture. Joe serves as the final editorial quality-assurance manager for all written materials produced by Nyhus. Joe is currently the project lead for SNW (Seattle–Northwest Securities), the Northwest’s top financial advisor, and Blue Sky Cleaners, a company that is pioneering a new method of environmentally friendly dry cleaning.
